Spiced and Roasted Nuts

✨ As holiday get-togethers continue πŸŽ„, it’s the perfect time to prep treats that are both delicious and functional.

These Spiced and Roasted Nuts are easy to make in bulk, package beautifully for gifts, and are TCM-approved.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, nuts are warming and grounding β€” ideal for the colder, yin-heavy winter season.

Walnuts nourish kidney yang and support brain health 🧠, almonds moisten the lungs and ease dryness, sesame seeds strengthen the liver and kidneys 🌿, and warming spices like cinnamon help move qi and protect against the chill 🌬️.

Together, they balance energy, provide warmth, and help the body adapt to seasonal change.
