Goji and Osmanthus Agar Jelly
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp goji berries โ soaked in hot water until puffy, then drain
750 ml water
7 g agar-agar powder
2 tbsp dried osmanthus flowers
100 g sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Presoak your goji berries in hot water
Boil water, sugar, and osmanthus flowers for 2 minutes
Stir in agar-agar powder until fully dissolved (about 2โ3 minutes)
Divide goji berries into molds, pour in agar mixture
Chill in the fridge until set, serve cold!
