Goji and Osmanthus Agar Jelly

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 tbsp goji berries โ€” soaked in hot water until puffy, then drain

  2. 750 ml water

  3. 7 g agar-agar powder

  4. 2 tbsp dried osmanthus flowers

  5. 100 g sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Presoak your goji berries in hot water

  2. Boil water, sugar, and osmanthus flowers for 2 minutes

  3. Stir in agar-agar powder until fully dissolved (about 2โ€“3 minutes)

  4. Divide goji berries into molds, pour in agar mixture

  5. Chill in the fridge until set, serve cold!
