Roasted Maple BBQ Chickpeas
🔥🌱 A Taste of Texas x ACL Fuel
Festival weekends like ACL mean long days of walking, dancing, and soaking in the music. To keep your energy up, these Roasted Maple BBQ Chickpeas are the perfect grab‑and‑go snack—crunchy, protein‑packed, and easy to toss on salads, bowls, or eat straight from the bag.
From a TCM perspective, chickpeas help strengthen Spleen Qi, support digestion, and provide grounding energy—ideal for balancing the body during seasonal transitions and busy days. The sweet‑smoky BBQ flavor also harmonizes with late summer/early fall, when we want to nourish both Earth (Spleen) and Metal (Lung) elements.
