Coconut Cream Jasmine Tea
INGREDIENTS
2 cups hot water
2 bags jasmine tea (or 2 tsp loose leaf)
2–3 tbsp coconut cream (or light coconut milk)
1–2 tsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
1 cup ice
Optional - fresh mint or jasmine flowers for garnish
Swap coconut cream → light coconut milk for a lower‑fat option
Swap sugar → honey, maple syrup, or monk fruit
Add chia seeds for extra hydration
Add mint for more cooling action
INSTRUCTIONS
Steep jasmine tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes, then remove tea bags or strain leaves.
Stir in coconut cream until fully dissolved.
Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
Fill two glasses with ice and pour the tea over.
Garnish with mint or jasmine flowers and enjoy chilled!
