Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad
INGREDIENTS
½ watermelon, cubed – Clears heat, hydrates, cools summer fire
1 English cucumber, cubed – Moistens dryness, supports digestion
½ cup crumbled feta – Adds flavor; dairy may cause dampness so use mindfully
15 mint leaves, chopped – Moves Heart Qi, refreshes body & mind
15 basil leaves, chopped – Soothes Liver Qi, aromatic
Honey-Lime Dressing:
2 tbsp honey – Tonifies Spleen Qi, harmonizes flavors
2 tbsp lime juice – Moves stagnant Qi, aids digestion
1–2 tbsp olive oil – Moistens dryness, nourishes Yin
Pinch of salt – Balances taste & fluids

INSTRUCTIONS
