Bao He Wan can tame many tummy woes in both children and adults! It is useful for tummy ache due to overeating or eating foods that upset the stomach. It can be used for constipation where food feels like it is “stuck” anywhere in the digestive tract. It can also be used for diarrhea, belching or acid reflux, especially if it has an unpleasant odor.
Dosage: Infants to 1 year: 10 drops; 1-3 years: 20 drops; 4 years to adult 1 full dropper. All doses are taken 3 times a day. May add to small amount of warm water or juice.
