TCM Use: Tonifies Kidney Yin, Boosts Liver Blood and Yin

Gui Shao Di Huang Wan is used during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle (approximately day 4 through ovulation) and is beneficial for estrogen production. It helps to nourish the ovarian follicles to help ensure proper ovulation. It is best used along with Shan Yao in the luteal phase to help regulate the entire menstrual cycle, thus optimizing fertility.

Dosage: Begin taking on day 4 of the menstrual period when the majority of the flow is over. Adults take 2 full droppers 3 times a day. May take in a small glass of warm water. Children take 1 full dropper 2-3 times a day.
