Spring is the season of the Liver in Traditional Chinese Medicine — a time when the body naturally wants to cleanse, lighten, and refresh. As schedules get busier and routines shift, simple, nutrient‑dense recipes become essential.
Pumpkin seeds and black sesame are a power duo in TCM:
Pumpkin seeds support digestion and help gently clear the system 🌿
Black sesame nourishes Kidney Yin + Jing, supporting hair, skin, and long‑term vitality 🌑✨
Together, they create a grounding, mineral‑rich milk that’s perfect for mornings, snacks, or a calm evening wind‑down
This plant‑based milk is creamy, energizing, and beautifully supportive for springtime balance — especially when life gets full.
